Homelands Care Home

Our unique Care Village is home to 3 services. Homelands was formerly our care home in Lennard Road, Beckenham. This was the home that the Jawaheer family originally grew up in. Roy, Sherine and their two children lived in one room at the top of the house. It was the first specialist dementia facility in the London Borough of Bromley, providing service to a small community of 12 service users.

At the end of 2011, the residents and staff of Homelands moved out of the original home and joined the Care Village. Today they live on the specialist floor called Bond Street, enjoying all the perks and activities that Oatlands and Oatleigh do. We still have patrons on Bond Street who started with us on Lennard Road!

The core of the Jawa Group is to make everyone your family and it was in Homelands where this ethos first started.
